EVAN MOILAN

Evan Moilan brings experience, energy, and innovative thinking, based on more than 20 years of Executive leadership and Board service for non-profits across the United States.

Prior to joining Gronland, Sayther, Brunkow as a consultant, Evan served as Chief Mission officer for Upbring, the New Lutheran Social Services of the South. Upbring (upbring.org) is a multi-state social service agency, serving 32,000 people a year with 950+ staff and an annual operating budget of $75 Million. As Chief Mission Officer, Evan assisted in the creation of a new strategic plan for this 134 year old organization, which included leading the organizations rebranding process, and increasing annual fund development by more than $1.2 Million per year.

Additionally, Evan has served in executive leadership and development roles with a diverse array of non-profits from camp & retreat centers, foundations, and global relief agencies.

As a volunteer Evan currently serves as the Secretary of the Board of Lutheran Immigration and Refugee Services, and on the Board of the Bastrop County Food Pantry

Evan has earned the Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE) credential, an undergraduate degree from Arizona State University, and a graduate certificate from the University of Texas in Non-Profit Management.
